Instructions

  1. Step 1: Clean Sweet Potatoes Throughly

  2. Step 2: Boil Sweet Potatoes in pot of Water over high heat for 15 minutes

  3. Step 3: Drain water and allow to completely cook

  4. Step 4: Slice in half and rub both sides with avocado oil

  5. Step 5: Season both sides with She's Got Flavor All Purpose Seasoning

  6. Step 6: Roast for 30-45 minutes in oven on 425

Notes

So freaking yummy and a healthier option than mashed potatoes - just saying!
